Sami Jewelry does not accept returns or exe changes and does not issue refunds. Please review all the products descriptions, measurements, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue.
